BROCCOLI PEPPER MASALA
Broccoli is one of the highly nutrient vegetable which helps in maintaining healthy diet. It contains vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre. It prevents cancer , lower the cholesterol levels, improves eye sight and so on. Do try this simple recipe and enjoy your food.
Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time : 10 mins Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
50 gram of roughly chopped Broccoli
Salt (as required)
1/2 tsp Pepper powder (depends on your taste)
One spoon oil (any oil of your choice) (olive
oil )
Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Chop the onion and the capsicum (of any colour red, green or yellow capsicum) into cubes.
2. Wash the broccoli twice and roughly
chop it.
3. Heat the pan and add one spoon of oil. After the oil heats up add the chopped onion and saute it till it turns translucent.
4.Add required salt to onion and then add capsicum and saute it till it is half cooked.
5. Now add the broccoli and one spoon of water and keep it in medium flame for 5 mins.
6. Two minutes before the dish is cooked add some pepper powder and mix it well and take it off from heat.
