GOOSEBERRY (AMLA /NELLIKAI )PICKLE
Gooseberry is rich in enormous health benefits. Gooseberry is one of the high nutrient fruit,which is rich in antioxidant property. Good for skin ,hair,eyes ,liver and pancreas.Improves digestion and cures gastric disorder. 100 gms Gooseberry,
1/2 tsp gingerly oil,
1 tsp chilly powder (as per required),
1/4 tsp coriander powder,
1/8 tsp cumin powder,
salt as per required.
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Cut the gooseberry vertically and prise out from the seed.cut them into random shapes.
